Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Finance ERP Business Analyst to join a major ERP transformation programme in Manchester on a fixed-term 18-month contract. Hybrid working model allows one day per week in the office.

You will gather finance requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support UAT, and help drive process standardisation across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other finance modules, collaborating with stakeholders and external delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP implementations or transformations.
Strong knowledge of finance processes (GL, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting).
Experience translating business needs into functional specs and user stories.
Excellent stakeholder engagement across Finance, Technology and external partners.
Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document finance process and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to map current processes and identify improvements.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Assess changes for business impact and feasibility; ensure regulatory compliance.
Support integration across core finance functions (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
Facilitate UAT and drive training materials and user guides.
