Job summary

CFGI is seeking a Managing Director for Finance & Accounting Advisory in the UK. You will partner with C-level executives, own client relationships, and drive engagement success across industries, focusing on technical accounting, transaction support, and regulatory reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and mentoring teams while developing training materials on new accounting standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of accounting, finance, or consulting experience, including tenure at a Big 4 firm.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA and/or MBA or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients' executive teams and auditors as a subject matter expert on complex accounting issues.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of client engagements from scoping to execution.
• Drive delivery of financial and regulatory information in line with regulatory requirements.
• Identify new client opportunities and contribute to firm growth strategies.
• Mentor professionals and develop training materials on accounting standards.
• Support thought leadership and enhance firm knowledge base.
