Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA-qualified with active practice rights and professional membership.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or business advisory within a professional services firm or corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in UK GAAP and IFRS, including complex accounting treatments and disclosures.
• Led teams and supported staff development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills translating data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and submission of financial statements per UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Deliver strategic business advisory and performance analysis for clients.
• Mentor a team of junior accountants and advisory professionals.
• Oversee audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion.
• Act as primary client contact and identify opportunities for expanded services.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
