Job description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Strategic Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.

This is a pivotal role that blends executive support, project coordination and strategic business enablement - ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make an impact across a growing organization.

Your impact
  • Collaborate closely with the MD and Sales Leadership Team, coordinating key meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring follow-ups on strategic actions.
  • Build and maintain confidential reports, agreements, and business-critical documents with high attention to detail.
  • Support strategic initiatives led by the MD and HR, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Organise executive calendars, travel arrangements and meeting logistics, ensuring seamless daily operations for senior leadership.
  • Act as a communication bridge with internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring accurate dissemination of information.
Who you are
  • You have proven experience supporting senior leadership in strategic or executive assistant roles, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • You're detail-oriented, proactive and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can build strong relationships across business units.
  • You are confident working with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and modern collaboration platforms.
  • (Nice to have) You hold a degree in Business Administration, HR, or similar.
  • (Nice to have) You have experience in HR or corporate strategy support.
