Ark Evelyn Grace Academy in London is seeking a data and exams administrator to lead planning, development, and monitoring of data and assessment systems. You will work with leadership, teaching and support staff to maximise the effective use of academic data while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires strong organisation, ability to multi-task, independence and teamwork. You will handle timetabling, entries, access arrangements, invigilation, reporting, GDPR compliance, and staff

Qualifications

• Experience handling data systems and confidentiality.
• Experience with examination administration and timetabling.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, coordinate and deliver examinations.
• Manage staff cover and absence line calls.
• Maintain accurate student, attendance, census data and generate reports.
• Design report templates and provide training resources.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders daily.
