Page Personnel is recruiting an Account Director for our London-based events services team. You will manage a major client, drive revenue growth, and lead strategic account planning with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and a data-driven approach to forecast revenue and identify opportunities. Hybrid working with three days in the office is offered, along with a generous benefits package.

• Proven experience in business development or revenue-generating account management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a major existing client relationship to maximise satisfaction and revenue.
• Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell services within the account.
• Lead strategic account planning to meet client goals and maximise revenue potential.
• Collaborate with sales to pursue new business opportunities and close deals.
• Forecast revenue and produce regular reports on performance and projections.
• Coordinate with marketing, product development and delivery teams to meet client needs.
