Job summary

Asda is seeking an Estates and Asset Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our retail estate across the South East region, reporting to the Lead Estates Manager. You will drive asset strategies and work with landlords, tenants and contractors to optimise value in a growing estate.

A hybrid working model is offered with a mix of Home Office and site visits. The role requires prior estate management, L&T and/or transactional exposure, with a focus on delivering exceptional store performance

Qualifications

• Estate Management, L&T and/or transactional experience.
• Experience in commercial property management within retail or landlord/tenant contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day estate portfolio including stores, petrol stations and depots.
• Develop asset strategies to optimise value of a growing estate.
• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, construction teams, FM and consultants to deliver property solutions.
