ASDA is seeking an Asset Construction Manager based in the UK to lead retail asset projects, car parks and store enhancements across Scotland, NI and North England. You will drive design teams, manage costs and ensure compliance with CDM and ASDA standards.

The role requires strong programme development, risk management and collaboration with City FM, with hybrid working and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage a varied range of retail asset projects, car parks and store enhancements.
• Lead external design teams to ensure scope is delivered on cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop programmes and monitoring to mitigate risks and minimise disruption.
• Manage project costs and comply with financial controls.
• Ensure CDM compliance and align with ASDA Ways of Working and regulations.
• Collaborate with City FM to align work with ASDA specifications.
• Identify innovative construction initiatives to improve lifecycle costing.
• Engage stakeholders and present projects for senior leadership approval.
