KBR is seeking a Strategic Asset Intelligence Manager to lead asset management leadership and translate asset information into proactive recommendations that support Asset Management Plans and investment prioritisation.

The role partners with the Business Intelligence Manager to ensure estate insight informs decision‑making, governance and performance improvement across multi‑site operations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic asset or estate management leadership in complex environments.
• Experience supporting mobilisation and transition of complex service delivery contracts.
• Strong knowledge of asset data governance and CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Ability to translate data into insight for senior stakeholders and client decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Provide client-facing advisory on estate performance, asset risk, compliance and lifecycle planning.
• Translate asset and estate data into clear, structured insight and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with BI to align asset data, reporting and analytical outputs.
• Lead establishment of asset intelligence capability during mobilisation and transition to BAU.
