Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Asset Intelligence Manager to lead asset management and estate intelligence for the Estates Intelligence team.

You will translate asset information and performance data into proactive recommendations that support asset management plans, compliance, risk management and investment prioritisation. Qualifications

Significant experience in strategic asset management or estate leadership.
Experience with mobilisation and transition of contracts.
Strong data governance and asset information management capabilities.
Ability to translate data into senior stakeholder insight and recommendations.
Experience with Asset Management Plans, lifecycle plans or investment cases.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic asset intelligence and advisory activities for the client.
Translate asset data into actionable insights to support governance and decision-making.
Develop and support Asset Management Plans, FMRs and lifecycle plans.
Ensure audit-ready asset evidence and traceability across records and activities.
Collaborate with BI teams to align reporting and analytics with contractual outcomes.
Drive mobilisation readiness and transition to BAU for asset intelligence capability.
Support continuous improvement and innovation in asset information processes.
