Job summary

PA Consulting Group seeks experienced ERP Consultants to drive end-to-end ERP transformations for public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally. You will shape ERP strategy, lead implementations, and ensure alignment of processes with ERP capabilities across Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Workday and similar platforms.

Hybrid working model with in-office or client-site presence; you will guide client-side delivery, influence business architecture, and support change management,

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP-enabled transformation programmes.
• Experience acting as a Business Integrator bridging client needs and delivery.
• Familiarity with process standardisation and optimisation methodologies.
• Proven capability in change management.
• Strong consulting skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Workday or similar).
• Ability to work across sectors and varied client environments.
• Experience in business process design, data migration, and reporting strategy.
• Matches the above skills and experience.
• Connects strategic objectives to operational design in transformation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support ERP strategy development, requirements definition, and vendor selection.
• Manage ERP implementations, including Systems Integrator oversight.
• Align business processes with ERP capabilities.
• Lead or support development of Target Operating Models and blueprints.
• Provide client-side advisory across the full transformation lifecycle.
• Support change management, training, and benefits realisation.
