Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to work on ERP-enabled transformation programmes across public and private sectors in the UK and internationally. You will guide ERP strategy, manage implementations, and ensure business processes align with ERP capabilities while delivering tangible benefits.

Hybrid working and client-site deployments are common; you will engage with executives and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and nurture relationships across diverse projects.

Qualifications

Experience delivering ERP-enabled transformation programmes across multiple sectors.
Ability to bridge client needs with technical delivery and vendor selection.
Strong change management and business process design capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead or support ERP strategy development and vendor selection.
Manage ERP implementations with SI oversight.
Align processes with ERP capabilities and operating models.
Provide client-side advisory across the transformation lifecycle.
Support change management, training and benefits realisation.
