Job summary

Sussex Partnership Foundation NHS Trust in Sussex is seeking an experienced emergency planning and business continuity professional to join our Emergency Preparedness Resilience and Response (EPRR) team. You will support planning, training, exercising and incident response to safeguard essential services across the trust.

As an EPRR practitioner you will provide expert guidance, coordinate self-assessments, develop resilience programmes and work with division leads to embed robust continuity

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency planning and business continuity is desirable.
• Knowledge of NHS England EPRR frameworks and guidance is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate planning, training, exercising and incident response activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Trust in planning for and responding to emergency incidents.
• Work with division and service leads across Sussex to embed emergency planning arrangements.
• Design, deliver and evaluate EPRR and BC training and exercises for staff.
• Coordinate annual NHS England EPRR Core Standards self-assessment and assurance reporting.
• Provide specialist advice on emergency planning, resilience and incident response.
• Maintain EPRR records, documentation and assurance evidence.
