Job summary

Postman in London is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Strategic Accounts to lead and grow our enterprise partnerships, blending technical leadership with business strategy across the API lifecycle. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to marquee customers, align platform capabilities with their goals, and drive adoption, governance, and monetization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with Fortune 500 or large-scale enterprises.
• Based in London, UK and willing to travel 30-40%.
• Strong knowledge of the API lifecycle, including REST, GraphQL and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with API governance, security, multi-cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Translate business drivers into actionable technical strategies using Postman products.
• Define joint success plans aligning enablement with business value realization.
