Wealthtime is transforming Group IT with a focus on data platforms, governance, and analytics. The Enterprise Data Manager will shape the roadmap, define architecture, and drive the build of the data warehouse and pipelines to enable data-driven decisions across the group.

Working closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders, this role embeds data standards, governance, and a culture of data literacy, while leveraging modern cloud data tooling and secure practices.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering enterprise data strategies.
• Experience defining architecture, governance, and metadata frameworks.
• Hands-on with data warehouses, pipelines, and modern lakehouse tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own data platforms, including lakes, warehouses, and analytics environments.
• Lead data governance, quality, and metadata programs.
