Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Data Strategy & Transformation to partner with the Global Head of Data. You will shape, operationalize and accelerate the enterprise data strategy across a federated global organization, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role is London-aligned with a flexible hybrid model and potential locations across the UK or US.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise strategy, data and analytics leadership.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics and AI capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize WTW's enterprise data strategy.
• Maintain an enterprise-wide view of data, analytics and AI initiatives.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Shape the enterprise data operating model and engagement models.
• Identify gaps and dependencies across portfolios.
• Accelerate value realization through data, analytics and AI.
• Advise on modernization priorities and platform evolution.
• Lead enterprise initiatives spanning multiple businesses.
• Develop business cases and value frameworks for investments.
• Communicate strategy to executives and key stakeholders.
