Job summary

Novia Financial plc is seeking an Enterprise Data Manager to own the Group’s data strategy, architecture and governance for data platforms spanning data lake, warehouse and analytics tooling. You will lead the technical build, ensure data integrity and enable data-driven decision making across subsidiaries through strong data governance.

The role combines strategic roadmapping with hands-on delivery, requiring collaboration with technology, operations and business stakeholders to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Experience defining and delivering enterprise data strategies.
• Experience with wealth management data and systems.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, modelling and governance.
• Hands-on experience building data warehouses and pipelines.
• Proficiency with modern data-lake technologies (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake).
• Strong data integrity, quality tooling and metadata management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management across groups.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Group.
• Lead architecture, standards, metadata, and governance across platforms.
• Build and maintain data warehouses, pipelines and analytics environments.
• Drive data quality, lineage, security, and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with business teams to deliver data-enabled insights and value.
