Job summary

HS2 Ltd seeks an Enterprise Architect to design, govern, and evolve the organisation's architecture in Birmingham and London. You will embed architecture guardrails, translate business goals into capabilities, and drive alignment with the technology strategy and roadmaps.

You will define architecture strategies across data, security, networking and integration, while promoting inclusion and flexible working. Strong TOGAF knowledge and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and governing enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or Zachman Framework.
• Ability to translate business drivers into architecture objectives.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide architecture principles, policies, patterns and guardrails.
• Create and review an enterprise capability strategy aligned to HS2’s strategic requirements.
• Define and mature agile Enterprise Architecture frameworks and domain architectures.
• Capture market trends and business needs to align technology roadmap with strategy.
• Support Business Analysts and Delivery Managers in architecture guidance and governance.
