Job summary

HM Revenue & Customs is recruiting a Senior Enterprise Architect for the Enterprise Transformation Architecture (ETA) team. The role shapes HMRC’s enterprise-level transformation and provides an enterprise lens across business, IT and delivery functions at pace.

You will collaborate with across CDIO, Business, Change Delivery, Commercial and Policy, providing strategy-based direction to solution Architects and governance teams while leading capability-based planning and architecture modelling.

Qualifications

Proven experience translating business strategy into enterprise IT capability outcomes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience applying reference models and enterprise architecture methodologies to early-stage decisions.

Responsibilities

Embed and drive capability-based impacting and architectural modelling across the organisation.
Identify risks, dependencies and cost drivers to inform roadmaps and strategic shaping.
Articulate options' size and impact for IT and business stakeholders, considering emerging technologies.
Present enterprise-level IT impacts and progress updates tailored to the audience.
