Carnival UK is recruiting a Senior Enterprise Architect to guide our enterprise architecture during a pivotal digital transformation. The role demands shaping future-state architectures, influencing strategic technology investments, and aligning diverse teams across legacy and modern platforms.

You will collaborate with business partners and DTOs to ensure architectures drive business value while remaining aligned with long-term strategy. Hybrid working up to two days from home is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering enterprise architecture across business, application and data domains.
• Proven track record shaping roadmaps and target-state architectures for large transformations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic technology directions.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Carnival UK business models and shape roadmaps toward a unified future-state architecture.
• Influence technology investments by defining strategic roadmaps and target-state architectures across transformation initiatives.
• Work with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure designs align to EA standards and reduce technical debt.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate ambitions into scalable architectural outcomes.
• Lead major transformation initiatives across legacy, modern and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews to assess alignment with strategy and planning.
