Job summary

Mattioli Woods is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define the target technology architecture and lead the big structural decisions that will shape how we operate for years to come. This is a strategic role: you won't be writing code or managing BAU - you'll be setting the standards everything else converges to and helping make it happen.

You will own the enterprise-wide architecture for Mattioli Woods, guiding how our platforms (investment, SIPP and client portal) relate and how acquisitions

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise architect experience in complex multi-system environments.
• Strong platform strategy and integration pattern knowledge.
• Ability to think in outcomes and principles, not only components.
• Experience influencing technology decisions at Board/ExCo level.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide target architecture for Mattioli Woods and define how platforms, systems and integrations evolve.
• Determine relationships between core platforms (investment, SIPP and client portal) and drive coherent evolution.
• Lead architectural decisions and set standards that guide future development and acquisitions.
• Partner with engineering, data and product teams to ensure cohesive, scalable solutions.
