Job summary

Amey is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join its growing team in the UK. You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines, partnering with engineering-related business areas to attract and hire talent for critical infrastructure projects.

You'll lead recruitment campaigns, drive a high-quality candidate experience, and influence strategy with senior colleagues. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits with opportunities for CIPD development.

Qualifications

• End-to-end internal recruitment experience, ideally within Engineering or infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering against hiring targets and improving key metrics.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting using CV databases and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and shape recruitment strategies.
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Collaborate with senior resourcing colleagues to support strategic hiring activity.
• Lead vacancy briefings and define innovative attraction and selection approaches.
• Proactively source and headhunt talent on LinkedIn and job boards.
• Plan and deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns and targeted initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment data is recorded and up to date.
• Collaborate with marketing, onboarding teams, and external suppliers to build pipelines.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practice, policy and market trends.
