Job summary

Amey Consulting in the UK is expanding its Resourcing team and seeks a Resourcing Advisor to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines and locations, supporting critical engineering and consulting projects.

You will partner with hiring managers, deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from first contact to offer, lead vacancy briefings, headhunt talent, run high‑volume campaigns, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end internal recruitment (ideally within Engineering).
• Track record of hitting hiring targets and improving time-to-fill metrics.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using CV databases and tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Customer-focused approach delivering a great candidate experience.
• Good organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UK recruitment practices and current employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and shape recruitment strategies.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Support strategic hiring activity with insight and best-practice sharing.
• Lead vacancy briefings and drive innovative attraction and selection.
• Proactively source and headhunt talent on LinkedIn and job boards.
• Plan high-volume recruitment campaigns and targeted initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment data is recorded and kept up-to-date.
• Collaborate with marketing, onboarding teams and suppliers to build pipelines.
• Provide guidance on recruitment policy and market trends.
• Support mobilisations, redeployments and large-scale drives.
• Ensure compliance with right to work and qualifications.
