Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to act as a trusted advisor within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization. You will own the end-to-end GTM for FDE and Training, scoping complex multi-workstream engagements spanning data and AI to deliver outcomes for our largest customers.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, advanced selling of PS&T programs, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and GTM teams, with up to 25–50% travel anticipated.

Qualifications

• Independently scope and lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders.
• Drive full-cycle sales of Professional Services & Training programs and migrations.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional PS&T targets.
• Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions to ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives that align with growth goals across accounts and regions.
