Johnson & Johnson is seeking an End to End Planning Manager, Shoulders, to join our team in Leeds, UK, or Cork, IE. The role leads E2E planning optimization and synchronization across multiple sites, addressing imbalances and driving inventory and service improvements.

Key responsibilities include defining de-coupling points, reviewing production parameters, and developing scenarios to resolve constraints. A minimum Bachelor’s degree and manufacturing/logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Defines inventory de-coupling points and develops replenishment strategies.
• Reviews supply chain parameters (batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock, lead times).
• Ensures development and alignment of constrained E2E production and inventory plans.
• Develops scenarios to avoid or resolve constraints.
• Drives planning alignment between demand and supply to meet targets.
