Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to lead global strategy and execution for Planning systems and end-to-end processes across DPS. This role partners with senior leaders to align investment priorities, standardize data, and deliver scalable capabilities that improve service, inventory, and decision quality.

The ideal candidate will drive an enterprise-wide APS/ERP transformation, manage a global team of process and product owners, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive global supply chain, planning, or transformation experience with leadership accountability.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale APS and ERP transformation, process standardization, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Set and own multi-year global strategy for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead selection, design, and adoption of a single enterprise APS; ensure end-to-end planning coverage.
• Partner with ERP leadership to transition to one ERP with integrated planning.
