Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to lead the multi-year global strategy for Planning Systems & Processes across DPS and Supply Chain.

You will own the target architecture, investment roadmap, and a unified ERP/APS landscape, coordinating cross-functional forums and external partners. This role requires deep domain expertise and executive presence to drive complex transformations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 15+ years global supply chain experience.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale APS/ERP transformations and standardization.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning concepts and data governance.
• Ability to build business cases, govern portfolios, and influence investments.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management in global teams.
• Experience in regulated industries and leading complex change initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Set and own multi-year global strategy, architecture, and investment roadmap.
• Lead selection, design, implementation, and adoption of a single enterprise APS/ERP.
• Partner with ERP leadership to define planning requirements and transitions.
• Provide executive leadership for Company Separation across core planning systems.
• Establish global process ownership for demand, supply, production, and distribution planning.
• Standardize end-to-end planning processes across regions and sites.
• Chair cross-functional governance forums aligning Planning, Finance, IT, and data teams.
• Own the transformation portfolio, including scope, milestones, risks, and benefits.
• Define data ownership, standards, and a single source of truth for decisions.
• Drive digital enablement, analytics, automation, and responsible AI use cases.
