Capital City College Group in London is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer to drive business development, nurture employer relationships and manage placement opportunities across the College’s networks.

This full-time fixed-term role ends 31 July 2028. You will research prospects, present the College's offer, coordinate placements, and ensure compliance with health and safety and DBS where required. A proactive communicator with strong organisational skills will thrive.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing relationships with employers and securing placement opportunities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in employer engagement or workforce development is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Research prospects, present the College's offer and negotiate opportunities.
• Manage employer accounts from first contact to confirmed opportunity.
• Lead on placement compliance, employer checks and health and safety documentation.
• Coordinate placement administration and ensure DBS where required.
