These competencies will enable the individual to work both independently to successfully manage a broad spectrum of ER and LR issues and partners across Amazon’s wide geographic and cultural scope.
The position reports within the Employee Experience and Relations team at Amazon covering UK & Ireland. This is a full-time position that will require some travel, up to 30% of the time over the course of the year mainly in the UK and Ireland but occasionally in Europe. Due to the nature of the travel, the base location is flexible in UK.
