Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking an Employee Relations, Risk & Benefits Manager to provide strategic leadership within the People and Culture teams, focusing on ER, benefits governance, and risk oversight across multiple jurisdictions.

You will implement compliant processes, manage grievances and union negotiations, draft employment contracts, and drive policies and risk assessments, ensuring a positive employee experience and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Legal studies or CIPD Level 5 is required.
• Additional qualification in conciliation and arbitration is advantageous.
• 5+ years' experience in People and Culture, focusing on People Risk and Benefits.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Employee Relations experience at management level.
• Experience handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and drafting employment contracts.
• Familiarity with negotiations and consultations in a unionised environment.
• Multinational setting experience covering at least two jurisdictions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Employee Relations matters and compliance with legislation.
• Facilitate employee relations processes and initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits management and governance.
• Lead and coordinate People and Culture Risk and Governance activities.
• Develop, implement, and review relevant policies and risk assessments.
• Provide support for ad hoc People and Culture initiatives.
