Job summary

INEOS O&P UK Grangemouth is seeking an Electrical Power Distribution Planner to develop and agree maintenance plans that protect asset integrity and availability. You will coordinate a team of Asset Engineers, HV Technicians and 3rd-party crews, delivering safe, efficient outages and planned work.

With a strong background in maintenance, you will drive scheduling using Maximo and Primavera P6, manage budgets, and ensure safe switching up to 33kV. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Time served maintenance background.
• Understanding of the maintenance workflow process and scheduling tools e.g. Maximo, Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and network with multiple teams.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams including INEOS and 3rd party contractors.
• HNC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Track record delivering plant outages and TARs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and pre-engineer maintenance and plant modifications to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Drive asset demand for maintenance on a rolling 4 week period.
• Deliver a 2 week fully engineered, resourced plan for cost-effective maintenance.
• Pre-engineer all planned maintenance including materials and resources.
• Prepare workpacks and switching schedules up to 33kV.
• Estimate work costs and coordinate with INEOS and contractors.
• Liaise with asset planners to update plans post-work.
• Carry out risk assessments for planned work and outages.
• Maintain data in Maximo for effective planning.
• Coach team members in Maximo and workflow processes.
