Job summary

INEOS Chemicals Grangemouth Limited seeks an Electrical Power Distribution Planner to develop and agree the maintenance plan for asset integrity and availability at the Grangemouth site.

Role involves planning outages, pre-engineering activities, and ensuring materials and resources for 33kV and higher systems, with coordination across INEOS O&P UK and Petroineos. 37.5 hours, permanent role on site.

Qualifications

• A time served maintenance background with good communication and organisational skills.
• Detailed understanding of the maintenance workflow process, Maximo and scheduling tools (Primavera P6).
• Understanding of budgeting process and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and pre-engineer all maintenance and plant modification activities to ensure safe execution.
• Drive the process that establishes Asset demand for maintenance work for a rolling 4 week period.
• Deliver a two week fully engineered and resourced plan to optimise resource use and cost.
• Prepare maintenance workpacks and switching schedules up to 33kV.
• Maintain data in the maintenance management system (Maximo) to enable effective planning.
• Coach others in Maximo and maintenance workflow process.
