Job summary

INEOS O&P UK Grangemouth is seeking an Electrical Power Distribution Planner to develop and agree the maintenance plan for asset integrity and availability. You will work with a core team to plan maintenance for 100 MW site load, 17 MW turbogenerator, and 33/11/3.3/0.44 kV systems, delivering cost-effective planning.

The role requires a time-served maintenance background, strong organisational skills, and experience with Maximo and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Time served maintenance background with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of maintenance workflow processes and scheduling
• Experience with budgeting and cost control
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors
• Familiarity with Maximo and Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Plan and pre-engineer maintenance and plant modification activities.
• Drive asset demand for maintenance over rolling 4 weeks.
• Deliver a 2-week fully engineered and resourced plan.
• Pre-engineer maintenance work including materials and resources.
• Prepare workpacks and switching schedules for 33kV systems.
• Estimate cost of work and liaise with asset planners.
• Carry out risk assessments for planned jobs.
• Plan outages for safe turnarounds and maintain Maximo data.
• Support and coach team in Maximo and workflow processes.
