This is a client-facing, fee-earning role based in our Manchester office, reporting to the Senior HR Consultant. You will engage in complex casework, training delivery, and development of precedent

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR advisory to clients or organisations.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution-focused HR advisory to clients on complex employee relations issues, including investigations.
• Lead ad-hoc projects, deliver training, and prepare new precedent documentation in response to legislation changes.
