Job summary

Just Mortgages in Romford is seeking a Divisional Sales Director to lead Mortgage and Protection advising teams, shaping the strategy and delivering income growth. Your role covers recruitment, coaching, and performance management within a collaborative network.

You will work with senior management to drive objectives, manage customer service standards, and align with regulatory requirements while fostering a high-performance, One Team culture across the division.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within the financial service industry with a track record of motivating and leading a high performing team.
• Ability to coach, develop and manage advisers to reach their potential in productivity and customer service.
• Experience working with senior management to outline and achieve business objectives through strategic direction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering the financial services strategy driving income and profitable growth.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing Financial Services team with core values of the organisation.
• Prepare and deliver the Financial Services division income and profit budget; monitor, forecast and report results.
• Maintain knowledge of Financial Services regulation and core products the company can sell.
• Monitor divisional KPIs including customer satisfaction and drive improvement initiatives.
