With 7+ years in semiconductor distribution or channel sales, you’ll influence cross-country markets and deliver outsized commercial impact while traveling 30–40% within Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in distribution management or channel sales in semiconductor/tech industries.
• Experience managing $30M+ distribution revenue with >90% forecast accuracy and >110% quota attainment.
• Established distributor relationships with proven collaboration.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder channel conflicts and territory restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Own $30M+ in distribution revenue with full quota accountability.
• Run 3–4 strategic distribution partnerships as multi-million dollar accounts.
• Drive performance through sharp QBRs and scorecards; make hard calls when needed.
• Build distributor capability via training, coaching, and partner investments.
• Surface market shifts 12–18 months ahead and feed insights into product roadmap.
• Forecast with >90% accuracy through disciplined pipeline and backlog management.
• Negotiate commissions and territory conflicts while protecting margin and relationships.
• Coordinate with FAEs, product management, and marketing to chase big opportunities.
