Job summary

RentGuarantor is seeking a dynamic partnerships professional to grow our footprint within Student accommodation providers and universities in the UK. You will lead strategy, build and maintain trusted relationships, and promote our guarantor product at industry events.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline via CRM, acting as a brand ambassador, and collaborating with the Partnership team to hand over ongoing relationships. Travel to conferences is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student and University Housing in the UK.
• Proven track record of winning B2B contracts.
• Experience working with Professional Guarantors.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and build trusting relationships with student accommodation providers and universities.
• Agree strategy and lead growth for expanding footprint in these spaces.
• Attend industry conferences and manage exhibitor stands to promote our products.
• Effectively manage pipeline through CRM and hit sales targets.
• Be a brand ambassador for the business and hand over ongoing relationships to the Partnership team.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for events and conferences.
