Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Director, Product Partnerships—Technical Partnerships & Programs to lead strategic partnerships at the intersection of enterprise software, AI, and endpoint management. You will drive joint solutions, GTM initiatives, and partner enablement to generate pipeline and revenue.

Role requires 5+ years in partnerships, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and a customer-first mindset. Hybrid schedule with in-office days at select locations may apply.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, or related tech roles.
• Experience supporting or managing technology partnerships end-to-end.
• Strategic mindset with ability to analyze market data and financials.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and enterprise security/IT ops.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities with market research and business cases.
• Develop joint solutions and GTM plans with partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Support OEM and technology partnerships across SIEM, SOAR, ITAM, ITSM, and AI ops.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Enablement.
• Advocate for partners internally and educate teams on value propositions.
• Track partner metrics and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Contribute to adjacency expansion and potential M&A explorations.
• Engage with industry events and partner meetings; travel may be required.
