Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Lab Filtration Devices & Micro to lead a >$150M portfolio across devices, microbiology and collection solutions. Based in Cardiff (UK) or Amersham/Marlborough, this on-site role shapes strategy, performance, and growth while delivering customer value and commercial execution.

You will mentor a team of 5, partner with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive NPD, lifecycle initiatives, and strong profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or portfolio leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including direct management of product management teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing product portfolios with P&L responsibility and delivering revenue targets in a global B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio.
• Own end-to-end product strategy across growth, profitability, lifecycle, and market positioning.
• Drive NPD and lifecycle initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver portfolio performance against KPIs and revenue/margin targets.
• Mentor and develop a team of 5 direct reports with clear priorities and accountability.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain and commercial teams.
