Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Director of Lab Filtration Devices & Micro to lead a portfolio exceeding $150M. The role shapes strategy, performance, and growth across devices, microbiology, and collection solutions for research and manufacturing.

It requires on-site presence in Cardiff/Amersham or Marlborough, US, with international travel up to 35%. The position reports to the VP, GM Diagnostics & Genomics and Lab Filtration, and demands a track record in NPD, lifecycle

Qualifications

• Leads and develops teams; cross-functional work with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Requires experience delivering revenue and margin targets in a global B2B environment.
• Owns end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end product strategy across growth, profitability, lifecycle management and market positioning.
• Drive PSP problem-solving to identify root causes and countermeasures across the portfolio.
• Lead NPD execution, product launches and lifecycle initiatives.
• Partner across functions to deliver successful product development and lifecycle milestones.
• Build customer insights to inform portfolio actions.
• Lead and develop a team of 5 direct reports.
