Qualifications

• Specialism in at least two of: professional services/consulting; transactions due diligence/carve-out/integrations; core operational functions.
• Strong analytical skills linking operational analysis to financial statements.
• Ability to understand implications of findings to client strategy.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across sectors supporting decision makers in developing strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre-deal, post-deal and restructuring engagements.
