EY-Parthenon in Belfast is seeking an Assistant Director in Operational Due Diligence, Strategy & Execution to help lead client engagements in Belfast or Derry.

You will contribute to business origination, pitches, and delivering complex due diligence projects, partnering with senior client stakeholders and guiding teams.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of clients and a pathway to leadership within EY-Parthenon.

Qualifications

• Professional services / consulting experience is required.
• Transactions: ideally due diligence, carve-out or integrations experience; or similar exposure.
• Deep understanding of one or more core operational functions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to link operational analysis to financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business origination, including pitches and client presentations.
• Lead project delivery with senior client stakeholders within tight timeframes.
• Advise clients across sectors, developing and executing value-creation strategies.
• Contribute to practice development and team culture initiatives.
