The role requires articulating thoughts clearly with strong attention to detail and driving continuous improvement through innovative solutions. You will work across HR, Finance, Strategy, and Internal Communications to lead operational and technology-driven transformations, shaping OKRs and senior leadership messaging in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams with an end-to-end view of systems and processes.
• Demonstrates a passion for outcome-focused planning and data-driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build relationships across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a horizontal function to drive top priorities for D&PS leads.
• Communicate the D&PS story by delivering large-scale strategic management support for events and reviews.
• Enable OKRs by elevating outcomes through cross-organisational partnerships.
• Drive engagement and communications strategy with internal comms and HR partners.
• Lead ad-hoc data-driven analyses to support decision making on key initiatives.
• Contextualize messages and execute communications strategy for D&PS achievements.
• Support bi-annual global Townhalls and bi-monthly MD/Executive Direction meetings.
