Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Digital & Platform Services Business Manager in the Business Management team within CIB Digital & Platform Services to act as a strategic partner across HR, Finance, Communications, and other lines of business, driving operational and data transformation for the bank.

You will articulate insights to senior leaders, manage OKRs, and help simplify processes with new solutions while maintaining a learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams with an end-to-end view of systems and processes.
• Strong data-driven decision making and outcome-focused planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills across levels and teams in a global environment.
• Experience creating and presenting executive messaging and communications (MDs, OC level -2) with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a horizontal function, leveraging the organization, to drive top priorities and key areas of focus on behalf of the co-leads of D&PS.
• Work with Strategy and Communications to communicate the D&PS story by delivering large-scale strategic business management support in events and initiatives such as Firmwide Investor Day, Operating Committee, Offsites Business Reviews and Board meetings.
• Enable the delivery of Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs) by partnering across the organization in elevating the outcomes for senior management on key strategic initiatives.
• Drive and support the engagement and communications strategy in partnership with internal communications and HR partners.
• Lead ad-hoc data driven analyses to enable decision making on key areas of focus.
• Contextualize key messages and execute on the communications strategy to message accomplishments, key initiatives and story of D&PS.
• Support and execute on bi-annual Global Townhalls, bi-monthly meetings with all Managing Directors and all Managing and Executive Directions
