Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Finance & Business Management Associate in Digital & Platform Services to support the Office of the COO, coordinating priorities, insights, and executive-ready communications across teams.

In a fast-paced, global environment, you will translate strategy into measurable progress, draft communications for senior leadership, manage OKRs, and help prepare leadership meetings and town halls.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-functional work with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels in a global environment.
• Experience developing executive-ready messaging and materials for senior leadership.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to translate objectives into meaningful metrics and OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Digital & Platform Services leaders to drive top priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across HR, Finance, Business Management, and Communications.
• Support strategic narratives and leadership communications for major events.
• Track OKRs against defined metrics and prepare leadership-ready updates.
• Draft internal announcements and communications plans incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor engagement signals to inform future communications and improve reach.
• Perform data-driven analyses to support decision-making and synthesize insights.
• Create storytelling for accomplishments and initiatives for audiences.
• Facilitate preparation for leadership meetings and town halls with materials.
