Forward Role in Burnley is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join an award-winning digital agency, working with a varied portfolio of clients across B2B, Manufacturing, Education and Retail. As Account Manager, you'll work closely with specialists across PPC, SEO, creative and content, to play a central role in ensuring clients receive a joined-up, strategic approach to their marketing.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years' experience in account management or client strategy.
• Experience in a digital agency or B2B environment preferred.
• Confident managing senior client relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key client accounts
• Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams across PPC, SEO, creative and content
• Identify opportunities for account growth and development
• Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
• Lead client meetings, presentations and quarterly reviews
• Oversee project budgets, timelines and successful delivery
