Qualifications

• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required, not optional.
• Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Ability to lead and own complex engagements end-to-end—from discovery through measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design with responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle — Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define the customer's AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and agent design sessions.
• Manage engagement delivery timelines, risk, and progress reporting; be the operational backbone.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within the engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop real customer solutions using AI tools to accelerate development.
• Serve as primary customer-facing contact with Government, Nonprofit and/or Education customers.
