Job summary

Teledyne UK Lincoln is seeking a Demand Planner to maintain and develop demand and supply planning within Operations. You will work with Sales, Procurement, and Production to ensure accurate demand plans and feasible production schedules.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to translate data into clear and actionable outputs.
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions.
• Self-motivated and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of the customer order book and forecast.
• Develop and maintain short to medium term demand and supply plans.
• Collect and consolidate inputs from Sales, Procurement, and Production.
• Provide clear and structured visibility of delivery capability, timing, and risks.
• Maintain planning outputs and visibility during periods of absence.
• Identify inefficiencies in current planning processes and support improvements.
