Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to partner with key business functions and shape delivery roadmaps across after sales technology and service platforms. You will lead cross‑functional teams, optimise delivery practices and report on value delivery to senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and hands‑on experience with complex programmes, ideally including SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence across senior levels.
• Experience translating strategy into executable delivery roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional delivery in complex environments.
• Experience with process improvement and governance in large programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the delivery roadmap for assigned business areas.
• Translate demand into a sequenced programme of projects and improvements.
• Lead quarterly planning, manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across BAs, PMs, technical teams and partners.
• Provide transparent reporting on delivery performance and trade-offs.
• Drive technology change communication with stakeholders.
