We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Alignment & Business PartnershipAct as the primary business partner for assigned business functions, building strong relationships with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Central Key Users and senior stakeholders.Develop a deep understanding of business priorities, objectives and challenges, translating these into technology opportunities and delivery roadmaps.Shape, challenge and prioritise business demand to ensure investment is aligned to strategic objectives and delivers measurable value.·Ensure initiatives are supported by robust business cases with clearly defined benefits and accountable business owners, and work with stakeholders to track, validate and report benefit realisation through regular governance and management forums.Provide delivery, capacity and technology insight to support planning, prioritisation and investment decisions.Champion the voice of the business within Technology whilst ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and cross-functional objectives.Delivery Planning & ExecutionOwn and maintain the business area's delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities, delivery capacity and technical guardrails.Translate demand into a sequenced, achievable programme of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead quarterly planning activities and maintain visibility of priorities, dependencies, risks and resource requirements.Coordinate delivery across Business Analysts, Project Managers, technical teams and third-party partners to ensure successful execution.Manage cross-project dependencies, resource conflicts and competing priorities, working collaboratively across business and technology teams.Provide transparent reporting on delivery performance, progress, risks, issues and delivery trade-offs.Drive communication of technology change and project delivery to BPOs, Key Users, senior stakeholders and the wider business community.Team Leadership & Continuous ImprovementLead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance and career development activities.Drive improvements in delivery practices, planning effectiveness and cross-functional ways of working.Contribute to the ongoing development and maturity of business partnering and delivery management capabilities.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Core CapabilitiesStrong commercial and business acumenExcellent stakeholder management, influencing and executive communication skillsStrong portfolio planning, prioritisation and roadmap management capabilityAbility to balance business priorities, delivery capacity and technical constraintsStrong coordination and orchestration skills across complex delivery environmentsProven people leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilityExperienceExperience translating business strategy into executable delivery roadmaps and plansStrong experience in resource planning, capacity management and dependency managementProven experience delivering complex business and technology change initiativesExperience of process engineering, business process design and continuous improvement, including the optimisation of people, process, data and technology capabilitiesExperience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across business and technology domainsExperience working within matrix organisations and influencing without direct authorityExperience leading teams and facilitating senior stakeholder governance forumsTechnology & Application ExperienceBroad understanding of enterprise systems, digital platforms and delivery methodologiesExperience delivering initiatives across CRM, ERP, PIM, digital commerce, customer engagement and analytics platformsExperience working within integrated technology landscapes, ideally including SAP, Salesforce and Product Information Management solutionsUnderstanding of data, integration and customer-facing technology ecosystemsQualificationsDegree qualified or equivalent professional experiencePRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP or equivalent programme/project management qualification (desirable)At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
